It is not an official app and cannot be used to file tax returns or complete any administrative procedure.

1. Introduction
Calculadoras Fiscales España ("the App") is a financial calculator designed for Spanish tax and salary calculations. The App is developed and published by Hub Tech ("we", "us", "our").
This Privacy Policy explains what information the App and its advertising SDK may access, how it is used, and what choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
The App does not send your calculation inputs to our servers. No account, login, name, email address, or phone number is required to use the calculators. Google AdMob may process device and advertising data as described in Section 4.
2.1 Information Not Requested by the Calculators
- Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Location or GPS data
- Contacts or call logs
- Browsing history
- Financial information, bank details, or tax returns
- Device identifiers for a calculator account; advertising identifiers may be processed by AdMob

2.2 Data Processed Locally on Your Device
All calculations performed in the App happen entirely on your device. No financial data, salary figures, tax amounts, or calculation results are ever transmitted to external servers. The App processes the following data locally:

3. Financial Data Handling
The App is a calculator tool that performs computations locally on your device. It is important to understand:
- All salary, tax, and financial calculations are processed entirely on your device.
- No financial data (salaries, tax rates, IRPF deductions, IVA amounts) is sent to any server.
- Calculation inputs are stored only in your device's memory during the session and are not persisted after closing the App.
- The App does not connect to any tax authority, bank, or financial institution.
- Results are for informational and estimation purposes only and do not constitute financial or tax advice.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain information to serve ads, including:
- Device advertising identifier (AAID / IDFA)
- IP address (used to estimate general location for ad targeting)
- Device information (model, operating system, screen size)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may also process diagnostic information. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention according to its policies and your privacy choices. You can review your advertising choices in the App under Settings > Manage consent, and through your Android device settings:

4.2 Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
The App uses Google's UMP SDK to display privacy messages where applicable and let you review your advertising choices from Settings. Advertising data processing can differ according to consent and regional requirements.
5. Permissions
The App requests the following permissions:

6. Data Security
Calculation inputs are processed locally. App preferences are stored in your device's private application storage. Data processed by Google AdMob is subject to Google's security practices, described in its linked privacy policy.
7. Children's Privacy
This App is a financial calculator tool designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The App does not contain any features designed to attract children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not retain calculation inputs on our servers. The App stores these items locally:
- Calculation inputs: Stored in memory only during the active session. Not saved after closing the App.
- App preferences: Stored until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
- To delete all data: Uninstall the App or go to your device's Settings > Apps > Calculadoras Fiscales España > Clear Data.
9. Your Rights

- Right of deletion: You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data.

The calculations provided by this App are for informational and estimation purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, tax, or legal advice. Tax rates and regulations may change. Always consult a qualified tax professional or the Agencia Tributaria for official tax calculations and filings.
Income tax is estimated using a simplified progressive reference scale. The App does not apply the regional scales or regional deductions of each autonomous community, so results may differ depending on your place of residence. It also does not account for irregular income, savings income, special regimes, or specific deductions.
